Deposit and Digital Preservation Policy
Deposit, Digital Preservation, and Article Identification Policy (DOI)
Deposit and Archiving Policy
The journal guarantees the long-term preservation and availability of its contents through the deposit of all articles in Zenodo, a digital preservation repository managed by CERN and OpenAIRE. Volumes 1 to 6 are archived in Zenodo and, during 2025, were assigned a DOI through this same platform. Subsequent volumes will also be continuously deposited in Zenodo after publication.
In addition, authors may deposit their articles in institutional, thematic, or personal repositories, provided that they maintain the full reference to the original publication and comply with the corresponding license.
Digital Preservation Policy
The journal ensures permanent access to its published contents through the use of Zenodo as an external digital preservation system. Zenodo provides redundant storage, technical stability, and long-term safeguarding, allowing materials to be recovered even in the event of failures of the primary website.
Additionally, the journal maintains internal backup copies and periodically reviews the integrity of digital files to ensure their long-term preservation.
Digital Identification Policy (DOI)
All articles in volumes 1 to 6 have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assigned during 2025 through Zenodo.
From volume 7 onward, articles receive a DOI registered via a Crossref Sponsor Partner, ensuring persistent identification, traceability, and international standardization. The metadata associated with each DOI comply with Crossref guidelines, promoting indexing, interoperability, and academic visibility.
