Abstract

Clinical supervision in person-centered psychotherapy has been described as a therapeutic space carried out through therapeutic attitudes, which differs from psychotherapy. It allows the supervisee to acquire learning for the therapeutic process he/she is carrying out. This study purpose was: to understand supervision in the person-centered approach, for which we proceeded to describe clinical supervision, which made it possible to identify the dimensions of supervision and to expose the resources related to supervision. In this way, the study made it possible to provide a review of supervision oriented to therapists, as a space of facilitation for their professional practice.
