Abstract

The general purpose of the present research is to analyze the conceptual relationship between the study of the person from Person-Centered Approach, by Carl Rogers, and the phenomenological philosophy of Edith Stein. First, Rogers' theory and the aforementioned approach are explained roughly; then, Stein's contributions to phenomenology, and finally a warp between these two visions is woven, trying to make an updated and innovative drawing of Person-Centered Approach that break into Humanistic Pshychology.
